• The house is a LARGE OCEANFRONT HOME with a SPECTACULAR VIEW out of many large windows
• It has easy beach access, right out the back door!
• Sleeps 16 we do allow up to 25 people

• Large kitchen with granite and tile counter tops, many work areas perfect for large groups. It is equipped with all the major appliances; basic cooking, baking and eating utensils. Dishwasher, and Microwave.
• 5 bedrooms, with a total of 6 queen size beds, and two sets of bunk beds (4 twins)
• Bedroom Configuration: Downstairs; Bedroom#1- has 1 queen bed, loveseat, recliner, TV ,DVD, and VCR. Upstairs; Bedroom #2, two queen size beds with private deck, bedroom shares bathroom with Bedroom #3 which has one queen size bed, Bedroom #4 has two sets of bunk beds, Bedroom #5 and two queen beds. Bedrooms 1,2,and 5 have a great oceanfront view.
• 3 1/2 baths, there are 2 jetted Jacuzzi tubs
• 2 Cable TV's, 2 VCR's, and 2 DVD players

There are NO pets or smoking allowed

The house has blankets and pillows. You will need to bring your own sheets, towels, firewood (if you want to build a fire), paper products- including toilet paper and paper towels, and cleaning rags. All cleaning supplies are supplied by us, except cleaning rags. You will be expected to clean the house like you found it as it will be inspected after you leave. If you prefer to have a cleaning service clean the house it will be an additional charge of $120.00.
