Our Rates (both homes have the same rate)*

The rates listed below are for the first 12 people. For each person above the first 12 people add $15 per person per night.

• There is a $30 inspection/processing fee
• There is a 1% Oregon Lodging Tax
• If you want to pay for cleaning it will be an extra $120.00 or you can clean it yourself.

2011

Jan, Feb, March, April, May, Oct, Nov, Dec:

$195.00 weekdays $290.00 weekends, per night (exceptions would be spring breaks and Christmas break, which are $250.00 per night for weekdays)

June : $335.00 per night

July ,Aug : $395.00 per night

Sept, : $195.00 weekdays $315.00 weekends, per night

Holidays : Labor Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Years Eve, New years Day, Seafood and Wine Festival, and Memorial Day are $395.00 per day. Thanksgiving is a 4 day weekend for $1510.00

2012
